that sounds great in theory.
it’s been 8 days since turbo tax “escalated” this and I still haven’t heard a meaningful response. This is through the Facebook page
when contacting turbo tax via the website we receive a call and the person will tell us we have to contact SBTPG …. Which as we all know is useless.
so Facebook help… doesn’t help
using the TurboTax site doesn’t help.
Something needs to be done.
I understand that you can not handle it here, but certainly it should be handled in some way..
Not responding would be better than a copy and paste answer leading us on a wild goose chase.
we log in with our turbo tax log in information to speak here. There is a way that turbo tax could handle these issues, but choose not to.
