How do I report my card lost or stolen?
If you lose your card or believe it to be stolen, log in to report it lost/stolen. We will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to the address on file. A lost/stolen card replacement fee applies. See your Cardholder Agreement for more information.

@ CassLO Hi. Did you mean to leave that request link for SBTPG for @ Dejuan502 in your last comment above? So far he is only asking about the Turbo Visa Card, and has not suggested anything to do with SBTPG. I don't see how they could help him troubleshoot a Turbo Visa Card he hasn't received. They are both Green Dot companies, but not the same entities.

Otherwise, you can try this to report your lost urbo Visa Debit Card:
Phone their customer support at (888) 285-4169. The automated system will ask for the 16-digit account number (if you know it). If you don't, it will ask for your SSN, but don't enter it. Keep listening.
One of the choices is "to report a card as lost, stolen, or never received." Choose that.
On the next menu listen to all the choices, then choose the one for "lost".
