If you have signed up for online access to your card at the Turbo Visa Debit Card site, see this method to report a card as lost:

Otherwise, you can try this to report your lost urbo Visa Debit Card:

Phone their customer support at  (888) 285-4169.   The automated system will ask for the 16-digit account number (if you know it).   If you don't, it will ask for your SSN, but don't enter it.  Keep listening.

One of the choices is "to report a card as lost, stolen, or never received."  Choose that.

On the next menu listen to all the choices, then choose the one for "lost".
