What exact form did the IRS send ? What exactly are they asking about or for ? Did you have a refund or balance due ?
the IRS website says it officially opened e-filing of 2021 individual returns on 1/24/2022.
so filing early means it sat on Turbotax's server until e-filing officially opened but the IRS must have accepted your return because state acceptance (you got your state refund) is dependent on federal acceptance. you did get e-mails notifying you of acceptance from both federal and state didn't you?
assuming you got a notice of non-filing from the IRS use this website

otherwise
if you called the IRS and an agent could not find your return there's no telling why. the IRS is behind in processing returns but since yours was filed so early there should be info available about it to the agent. I would contact Turbotax support in this case

It says they’re waiting on my tax information to be available on their computer system. I filed on Jan. 14th it was accepted on the 21st of Jan. I do know that this is the first year I was able to claim my daughter she lives with me full time for years but my ex has been fraudulently claiming her. So my refund is a lot more than it’s ever been. I got my state in March and my state was rejected 3 times because something was wrong with TurboTax. I purchased the premium with TurboTax and we’ve gone over everything they said I’m fine. I just don’t know if they’re trying to confirm she lives with me. This is the third time I got a letter saying it could be up to 60 more days. Every letter I’ve received TurboTax went over them and they said everything was fine that they’re probably investigating a little. Also I should go after her for fraudulently claiming my daughters for the past 5 years and they don’t know a lawyer that wouldn’t take this case.
If you want, you can see if the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service will assist you. They may at least be able to find out the reason for the delay and what the roadblock is.
They are especially prone to help if you have an economic hardship, or if there have been continued delays with lack of info from the IRS. At the following IRS website, select your state from the dropdown menu, and it will give you the number of your IRS Taxpayer Advocate. If the Taxpayer Advocate can't/won't help you, ask them to transfer you to an IRS agent. A couple of users reported that at least for them, that was a backdoor route to the IRS.
