Why are you "experts" linking the same instructions everyone here and myself have tried, but keep getting rejected. Also your refund link states "no refund for TurboTax online". Again neither link helps. This is a TurboTax issue that you need to fix and give me my refund on TurboTax online.

Ongoing issue with this problem and I am looking back and seeing this has been an issue since 2019.  I have attached the form even though I was never requested to do so by the IRS, I have upgraded to use the higher services and have received little to no help.  I have been given the same directions on how to post but the form is there.  Paper tax returns are in a huge delay right now and the IRS is not advising to mail in right now.  If anyone has something that works, I could really use the advice.

How do I get to the 8862 form

I filed using a different website and it went through fine. Try TaxSlayer

1. Sign in to TurboTax and continue to open your return.
2. In the search box, search for 8862 and then select the Jump to link at the top of the search results.
3. You'll come to the Earned Income Credit section. Select Continue.
4. Answer the questions and eventually you'll be asked Do any of these uncommon situations apply? Check the box that says, I/we got a letter/notice from the IRS telling me/us to fill out an 8862 form to claim the Earned Income Credit.
5. Select Continue and then Done.
6. On the Since you got an IRS notice, we need to check on a few things screen, select the radio button next to No, none of these apply and I need to fill out the 8862 form.
7. Select Continue.
8. Answer the remaining questions.
