Rejected federal refund because of f2441-524

Please help !! I originally had the babysitters social as my daughters social cause I looked at the wrong number on my phone then I had his last name twice so it was saying the numbers and last name weren’t matching then cause all e different codes I thought it was because he was letting someone else use his social and be there babysitter so the babysitter I have sometimes watch kids I switched to another social now I think it’s rejecting me cause I tried to. Re visit and fix this problem so many times maybe I am blocked ... very confused need help on how to actually fix this
