Mine does too I know the lady at the irs said the app was having issues and some ppl might get that message when they try to use it. I guess we are in that some ppl category

Same here. Usually Turbo Tax gives you an ETA. My taxes were accepted in less than 48hrs but still no answers.
My refund was accepted on the 13th but when I go on the irs website all I tell me is that they have no information on it

Until the IRS starts processing your tax return there may not be a record of it on the IRS website. You can also try calling the WMR automated hotline for status as well at 1-800-829-1954.

I've called that number and it says the same thing the website says. I spoke to a representative Tuesday and she said I should receive with in 21 days and that was today didn't receive anything TT says that it was sent but I can't see anything on the irs website. Other than check the info and try again
Once the IRS accepts the return, Turbo Tax will not receive any updates.

This information isn’t helpful! The IRS shares ETA dates for direct deposit with your site so if it’s not on one then it’s not on the other. I was randomly selected like millions of others due to filing early on this site is what the IRS told me. That same department is 2-3 months behind due to COVID-19 & 2019 taxes. The IRS paid billions in interest for their delay. My questions is: Why not tell users the truth instead of leaving them confused? I’m very disappointed with TurboTax for the 2nd year in a row!
Unfortunately, TurboTax has no authority to access your return with the IRS. We have no access to their systems, nor does any other tax preparation service. We provide the software to complete and file your return, but we receive no further updates for the tax return once it's accepted. The only suggestion I can make is to continue checking the status of your return on www.irs.gov/refunds, or if it's been longer than 21 days, please click here for steps to contact the IRS directly.
Has anyone had any luck? Still can’t get into track my refund and definitely can’t get through to the IRS. According to TurboTax my refund was due the 6th.
@Kss821 TurboTax gives you an estimate direct deposit date only. TurboTax does not take into account the possible delays of the IRS and calculates the 21 days from acceptance as the direct deposit date. The IRS issues refunds, not TurboTax. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven’t received your refund as of yet. There's no way to know when the IRS will update your status. If after 21 days of being accepted, you have not received an update via the Where's My Refund tool, you can follow the instructions in the following FAQ to contact the IRS for further assistance.
Otherwise, as your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund? tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.
