Thank you, I will call them again tomorrow
Yes...AshleyLO...everyone can read the faqs but apparently for some who have paid the extra fees they are not getting the support they need from TurboTax....Doesn't paying the extra fees mean that a Turbo Tax expert is supposed to be present in the case of an audit? I guess not or did I read that wrong?
I finally received my refund this morning and the fees were taken out by Turbo Tax. Do not pay them if they send you an email until you get your refund because they will take out the fees.
Yes and everything time I check where's my refund it say there is no information on my taxes. I received my state trying to locate my federal refund.

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
See this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's - https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions
If over 21 days since being Accepted by the IRS and the tax refund is still Processing you can call the IRS and speak with an IRS agent concerning your tax refund.
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Then press 4 for personal or individual tax questions.
It should then transfer you to an agent.
Yes I filed and it said I got excepted on February 3rd 2020and itd now March 17 way past 21 days and I haven't received anything yet really concerned
Alot and I mean alot of people that are gunna get a letter.....well see on their transcript that the letters are mailed two weeks after the IRS knows they need to send. I ordered my transcripts by mail. Recieved 3/7 it stated on my transcript that they accepted return march 2nd. Which was and is not the case. Also that on 3/9 they was mailing a letter. Recieved letter the 15th. Also that cycle code crap ain't a thing. I have the same cycle code as people who got theirs 2 weeks ago.
I filed Jan. 17, and was accepted Jan. 20th Processing refunds started Jan. 27th and I just now got bars on the "Where's my Refund" stating that I did something wrong on my Premium Tax form for Insurance. But good news is I will have my refund by this Friday. I think this year was just that year that the IRS was just totally lost on so many issues. Hope next year is not like this. Good luck

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund
Your totally right congrats btw. I called and req a tax advocate she is the one that actually told us what the holdup was and now that's resolved but we're still on hold and there's nothing else we need so do you think that I'll get my refund anytime soon I mean I was accepted January 15th my cp05 came out march 2
You can actually escalate with the advocate. My advocate told me that the IRS would not update my status until March 28th. She politely gave me the number for her manager and I left him a message and then I called his manager and left a message. Neither one of them replied but last Friday I received a call from my advocate and she told me that I would get my refund on the 18th. I actually got it today because the IRS only does DDs on Tuesday and Friday.
I also have this problem I still not received my money either and it been 25 days now
@Ray1994 Well, I finally got thru to the IRS. Apparently Turbo Tax did not forward the information for my PTC credit for my health insurance, which I know was filled out. So now I have to wait to respond to the IRS letter, fax over my 1095-a and form 8962. After they receive it, it will take up to 8 weeks. Thank you everyone for your assistance, and thanks Turbo Tax. Now that I have my hours cut at work due to the virus outbreak and was waiting for the refund to pay for a medical procedure I needed, I am not happy with this service at all. Good Luck everyone and be safe!
I need to know where my refund is it said that it was suppose to go on my turbo visa card and it's not there yet I was given a account number of [phone number removed] Routing number [social security number removed] last year it went straight on my turbo visa card I don't whose that account is but that's not my bank account unless it's turbotax account number that you guys gave me I want to talk to someone asap
