If you did not receive the acceptance letter and confirmed it is not in your email.  You can call toll-free at 1 (888) 679-8122 to get an update on your refund advance.

My refund advance has been a nightmare.  I applied for the refund advance, and I got an email confirming this.  When my refund was approved, I never got the money.  I called everyone, and Turbo Tax was not at all helpful.  They stated that this was an issue across the board, acknowledge that "they didn't know why this happened."  They stated that my refund was sent in to the IRS as 5 days early, not the refund advance I filed for.  I spent hours on the phone.  They refused to let me speak to a supervisor.  They told me to call the IRS- Why?  The IRS had nothing to do with it.

Same here have never have this issue before filed on the 28th was pre approved for advance but no deposit no email about approval or denial turbo tax has no answers

First, check to see if you signed up for the TurboTax Refund Advance. You can look in a few specific places in your account or your email. 

Check Your TurboTax Order Details

1. On the Tax Home page, scroll down to the section for "Your tax returns & documents."
2. Select View Order Details.
3. Look for "Refund Advance" or "Credit Karma Money" listed under your payment and refund methods.
4. If it’s not there, you likely selected a standard direct deposit or a different refund option.

Look for Confirmation Emails

• If you applied, you should have received automated emails from TurboTax and its partners.

1. From TurboTax: Search for an email confirming your "Refund Selection."
2. From Credit Karma: If you were approved, Credit Karma sends an email when the funds are deposited into your Credit Karma Money Spend account.
3. From WebBank: If your application was denied, you will receive an email from WebBank (the lender) explaining the reason for the decline.

Check Your Credit Karma Money Account

• Because the Refund Advance is deposited into a Credit Karma Money™ Spend account, checking that account is the fastest way to see if the loan was processed.

1. Log in to your Credit Karma account.
2. Navigate to the Money tab.
3. If you see a pending or completed deposit for a portion of your refund (typically between $250 and $4,000) shortly after the IRS accepted your return, that is your Refund Advance.

Review Your Tax Return Summary

• You can also find clues on your actual tax forms:

1. Open your 2025 return in TurboTax
2. Go to the Tax Tools menu on the left
3. Select Print Center
4. View your Federal Information Worksheet
5. Look at the "Direct Deposit" section
6. If you signed up for the advance, the bank account listed will be the MVB Bank account associated with Credit Karma, rather than your personal bank account.

Yes this is literally what I came here to check on. I’ve always used TT and I’ve always gotten an advance once they started making em available. Never had issues, ALWAYS got it within 15min of approaval, always able to use it instantly whether with the actual card or the virtual. However this year I’ve recieved nothing except an est date of Feb 1 for the advance except today is Feb 19 and I recieved a DDD on my transcripts this morning so I know I’m completely approved. Trying to figure out what the hold up is

I called turbo they said for some reason my application is stuck in a pending status and there’s nothing they can do about it been using them for yrs this has never happened Credit Karma said they can’t release the funds until turbo updates my application status so I basically assumed I’m not getting I already see my deposit date on my irs transcript as well
