Question about refund advance

I agree.  I tried again today and still cant use it.  I got another email saying to finish setting up my act.  Wth its been set up for days.

Update guys. I talked to the bank again, I did get approved. BUT I have to wait til the full 48 hours of acceptance and she said it will be deposited  After 12. I got accepted at 1150am. She said so 12 I should have it. And everything looks good on my end. So i hope this helps. she said the 48 hour wait is on more people this year because more people asked for the advance then last year.

She told me. If that happens to call the turbo card number on the back. And make sure it was activated correctly.

They lied to Get you to use their service. They tell you you're eligible for the advanced, then after you file and it's all completed they tell you you can't have the advance. Then there's nothing you can do because you've already filed. They are con men and manipulators. Only after your dollar then screw you over

I actually received my advance less than 24 hours after my return was accepted by the IRS. It came on the TurboTax card. I didn’t get an email regarding my acceptance, money was deposited on my account. I did however get an email that the money was deposited.

That's not true. I'm approved. I just have to wait for it to hit my card.

I was done the same way. They told me I was approved for $2000. They sent me the card, I activated it and everything then got an email saying I wasn't approved. Turbo tax need shut down for taking advantage of people that really need this money!

I’m calling them now because it’s been way passed 48 hours I’m really upset at this point because I did everything correct and even showed patience and yet I still have nothing in my account so I can do my online shopping like I been approved byIRS for both refunds since the 27th which was Monday and in the afternoon got approved. So why my money still has yet to to be put in my account I have no idea why. I’m just waiting for the refund advancement I qualified for ghats it. I know my over all refund will not be deposited until some time in February. So where is my **bleep** Advancement.

So basically something is going on with both the IRS and Turbo tax, at this point I feel frauded by this company at this point and this why I was hesitant in the first place to file with them. They are  talking about contact the IRS but then when I contact the IRS they don’t even have a representative answering the phone and it’s still talking about wait 24 hours then check back which it’s been 24 hours passed 48 hours all together. Then before I got off the phone with Turbo Tax card representative they said  just count from yesterday to today as the 2 days allotted as my 48 hour timing period and that I should receive an email confirmation that the IRS has approved the advancement and distributed it to my account. Which should be sometime later today this afternoon. So I really don’t know what’s going on but I’m highly upset at this point.  But hopefully they let me know something via email later today. I’ll keep everyone posted.
