Question about refund advance

Tried.. this is what I get when I  click your “here” link. Still have not received my advance or a rejection email from the bank your company is working with. False advertisement at its best. I should have just gone through H&R Block.. my best friend filed a week after me and received her entire refund TODAY from federal. I’m still waiting ..

This was my first time doing an advanced refund and I’ll never do it again. If I gotta wait until they approve my refund I could of just got the money sent to my bank account.
