So I had a pre approval for refund advance but now it says I am found not eligible? Why would that be?

seems as if they are doing alot of people like this, myself included. i spoke to someone and they do not know why this is happening, they can only see decline on their end.

You should have an email. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't have an email.

Why is my refund almost $5000 less than what was submitted? My irs transcript says approved for $9435 but I’m only getting back $4000 according to turbo tax.
