Pre approval refund advance

So I had a pre approval for refund advance but now it says I am found not eligible? Why would that be?

seems as if they are doing alot of people like this, myself included. i spoke to someone and they do not know why this is happening, they can only see decline on their end.

You should have an email. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't have an email.

I chose to do Refund Advance through Credit Karma. My taxes were accepted and I haven’t seen anything Customer support said that the process has not been completed. Help?
