A 2017 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

I also paid for the 2017 edition.  I downloaded the file.  I click on the .exe file and it doesn't do anything.  The desktop pointer icon just sits there and spins indefinitely.  I waited 10 mins for it to work and nothing happened.  The only way to get it to stop was to restart my computer.   I went back and re-downloaded it again.  same results.
