Dealing with same thing. My dd 2/24 on my tt it says couldnt expedite with est refund date 2/19 lol So guess Monday it is 🙄.. ill file elsewhere next year smh.

Check your accounts everyone 5 days early just hit my account 2/26 DDD updated last night with 846 just got it now !!!

Mine says the 26th too, but now it says on TT that they couldn't give me my funds early so I wouldn't be charged.

So they updated my status today and said they wouldn't be able to deliver my return 5 days early and the $25 would be refunded and it now says EST 2/21/25 which is today but it hasn't hit my account. If that says anything.

So does Credit Karma not do RTP or same day Ach? And if so, why are y’all allowing the use of a bank for your advance customers that further delays their receipt of their refund? Or is it SBTG delaying? I checked the SBTG tonight for information on where my refund is and it shows funded… and sent to credit karma.. but my refund is not deposited. So who isn’t using RTP?

So WMR shows received since 1/22, TT shows estimated DD 2/7 - I am a pather and did the 5 days early. I heard its not SBTPG doing the refund because of that, however I was curious and looked anyway and it shows Funded, with a DD of 2/26 - I have a $40 charge but no $25 charge. I am so confused.

Avoid this option in the future if you're a early filer. They cannot honor this before presidents day and your refund will be delayed even if using banks that have early deposits.

Mine says turbo tax got paid already. Payment complete. On my 2024 taxes.... How is that when I still haven't recieved my refund. And yeah last year I went somewhere else. I should have again this year. I needed the refund advance loan and the said credit karma would delete my old account to start a new one to get the loan. Well it never happened they wouldn't accept my state issued photo id my commission card birth certificate nothing as proof of identity. I even had identigo send them photos and fingerprints still not allowed in nor will they delete. I've never even been on my credit karma account but been locked out over 15 years. So therefore after filing found out can't get the loan and can't go to where I went last year cause already filed. TurboTax and intuit are not new at scamming customers into coming back. Hell I was in the lawsuit for overcharging taxpayers but never recieved a dime. I'll NEVER USE TURBOTAX OR ANY INTUIT PLATFORM AS LONG AS I LIVE. I WASTED TIME AND COST US A HOME AND SOME MORE STUFF.

Clearly they do know how the tax system works, you all just choose not to listen to what they say. 

WMR updates based on the transcript. TT uses WMR. So if WMR updates late, for example, it updates today (02/23) that your refund will be issued 02/26, since that’s 4 days, you don’t have to pay the $25 for the 5 days early. It’s very simple.

There are many, many people who get their money 5 days early because of this. Just because the schedule that the IRS issues refunds and updates their system doesn’t align perfectly with TT doesn’t mean TT is trying to scam you. If it doesn’t work out, you don’t have to pay the fee, period.
