Need to Ammend 2019 Return

I need to amend my 2019 return. I used the 2019 Turbo Tax Deluxe CD but have since removed the program. Question...is there a way to amend my return without having to find and reload the 2019 CD? I used 2020 Turbo Tax (loaded with CD) but I would guess there may be tax law changes and that would not work with a 2019 return.

You must reinstall the 2019 software and open the xxx.tax2019 data file (if you still have it) to amend.
