It's been 8 days since TT received my payment with refund and I still don't have it. .where is my refund at and why do you guys keep avoiding my question!?!

If you paid with refund, your refund goes to SBTP bank.

sometimes the bank holds your refund, saying they need more info from you before they can release it. you would get a message.

It is not TurboTax.
