It's been 20 days since my return was accepted and it's still not processed. What do I do?

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

I have same issue, I am not expecting a refund but need my 2019 to get my stimulus check due to address change and large income drop. When I look on IRS sight it says return NOT RECEIVED yet I have the email from Turbo tax my return was accepted.

I understand it being backlogged due to the corona virus but i e filed on 3/25 and still no record according to MY IRS account or the stimulus get my payment site

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds. 

Your federal refund amount is on line 20 of your Form 1040
