I asked you several very explicit questions which you are not answering.  Talk to customer support again.

Issue with turbotax

Because you’re telling me to do everything that THEY SHOULD’VE done correctly . You’re just not understanding what I’m saying so forget it . I’ll call IRS again tomorrow morning and if they don’t have my other form that turbotax was supposed to submit , then that’s where I’m escalating the issue . Turbotax screwed over too many people this year !
