Me too. Literally no help. Can find a contact number. I feel like I was scammed. Please update if you find and I’ll do the same
I found a number in a Facebook group. It's [phone number removed] but I have called that number about 6 times and can't through to an actual person. It's basically just automated
This is so frustrating. Especially right now. Some people are really struggling from this works we currently live in and then this happens? So sad!! And uncalled for.
Yes that is very true. I wish they had a website to where we could check our statues so we wouldn't bug them.
Turbo Tax and Credit Karma are both owned by Intuit. They just wanted our extra $39 to file and force us to sign up for another product that they also own. I recommend reporting them both to the BBB. I am terrified to see what is going to happen when my refund gets deposited into that stupid Credit Karma checking account that they forced us to open. If you call Credit Karma, you'll get someone that barely speaks English. I've talked to Turbo Tax, Credit Karma and the bank that offers the loan advance, but they all point the finger at the other company. I also requested that they refund my $39 I paid to file and plan to call my bank in the morning to let them know that I am disputing the charge.
Mine says accepted on their page so I’m a little confused as to why they are any issues at all.
Hey, I got my money last night around 10:23pm. Have you got yours yet?
No
I posted one in a Facebook group and the one I post not sure if it's the same one only worked once. The man told me they sent out the funds on the 24th and it has yet to show up on the credit karma card.
Me too. Yay!!!!
First century bank is the bank turbo tax uses and they are the ones responsible for releasing funds. They have a number specifically for the refund advance. Try calling 888 679-8122 and follow the prompts. Although this did nothing for me.
[phone number removed] dont know why this keeps getting auto removed
