After you file
Turbo Tax and Credit Karma are both owned by Intuit. They just wanted our extra $39 to file and force us to sign up for another product that they also own. I recommend reporting them both to the BBB. I am terrified to see what is going to happen when my refund gets deposited into that stupid Credit Karma checking account that they forced us to open. If you call Credit Karma, you'll get someone that barely speaks English. I've talked to Turbo Tax, Credit Karma and the bank that offers the loan advance, but they all point the finger at the other company. I also requested that they refund my $39 I paid to file and plan to call my bank in the morning to let them know that I am disputing the charge.
