I’m not able to login either it just stay loading for about 10 minutes and then says “servers not responding”. It’s not my internet connection that is working great! Please fix this issue ASAP

Same. It won’t let me check my balance and the “customer service” number doesn’t work.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This may help. It is possible that the site is getting more requests than what it is designed to handle due to the extraordinary circumstances.
My card also wont let me login through the app, the web page and it wont let me call in am I still able to use my card even though it wont let me login

Well I’m so confused because the irs tool is showing it being deposited to the account number of the card for my 2018 tax return. A card I don’t have anymore. I have no idea why it is showing that account number and not the account number of my new card. I have no idea what’s going on and I have a headache trying to figure out what to do and can’t get ahold of anyone to clairify what’s going on
It says it was deposited to xxxxxxxx7000 (the account number on my 2018 return) when my account number for this new card is xxxxxxxx7605
