Tax Year Prior to 2020: If we filed with TurboTax, does the IRS have our bank information to have the stimulus direct deposited? Will we me the mailed recipients of the check?

https://www.sbtpg.com/coronavirus-stimulus-payment-info/ .They changed the information yesterday through sbtpg. So looks to me like if you had fees taken out they will still put it on your turbo card.

If you received your federal tax refund by direct deposit on the Turbo Visa card then you will receive the stimulus payment by direct deposit on the Turbo Visa card.

If you received your federal tax refund by direct deposit into your bank account then you will receive the stimulus payment by direct deposit into the same account.

If you received your federal tax refund by direct deposit on the Turbo Visa card then you will receive the stimulus payment by direct deposit on the Turbo Visa card.

I filled with Turbo Tax , had my fees deducted from my refund, my direct deposit information was on there and I just got my stimulus check.....so the IRS does have your direct deposit information....

IRS does have direct deposit information if you filled turbo tax, I fed turbo and just got my stimulus check

OnSsd was not asked my banking information. Did not make enough money to pay or owe.The preparer did not ask about my direct deposit numbers .Will they deposit my stimulus check in my checking account since I get SSD.And when will I get it

I did contact  an agent or representative of the intuit turbo card.She stated that if it goes to the greendot bank account then it can be withdrawn from an Atm or a bank. If it doesn't come on the card, then one should wait until the 15th and use the irs link for the impact (stimulus) to update acct info. However, I've found no link for acct changes yet.

I gathered that tax filers are first before soc sec.  So update info at irs site or wait until the 20th.?

We are unable to see what's pending because the turbo card doesn't have that feature...people are saying that they filed and opted out of using the TT prepaid card so in other words they are able to checking the status because they used another source of recieving DD

We filed turbo too and used santa Barbara bank... We got stimulus this morning reg Depot into our bank account. Hope this helps . Did not go through SNB!

I have a routing and account number with them and I have a turbotax card. The guy I spoke with yesterday said the stimulus payment will be deposited to my TT Card

we filed using Turbo tax requesting our refund through SBTG as of today we haven't not stimulus I have read so much conflicting information if IRS has your DD  if you used SBTG . Stbg did update there message from yesterday on there home page
