I did contact an agent or representative of the intuit turbo card.She stated that if it goes to the greendot bank account then it can be withdrawn from an Atm or a bank. If it doesn't come on the card, then one should wait until the 15th and use the irs link for the impact (stimulus) to update acct info. However, I've found no link for acct changes yet.
