I paid $80 to E-file my taxes. At the end of the process I was unable to E-file and had to print my taxes and mail them in order to file them. Can I get a refund?

The TurboTax account fees are for the use of the software to assist in completing a tax return. The account fees are the same whether the tax return is e-filed or printed for mailing.

That is not correct. I paid $44.99 for the State of Illinois software. When I attempted to e-file I was charged $24.99. I would like the $24.99 refunded since I had to print and send in the tax return. How do I request a refund of the $24.99?
