I need to order a new card but don’t no how

To report a card lost or stolen or order a replacement card for your Turbo Visa Debit Card you can visit TurboDebitCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169

Follow these steps if you call:

  1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) 
  2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
  3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these).
  4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1.
  5. Follow the prompts to report the lost/stolen card and request a replacement.

You can select the option your refund was deposited onto a card you do not own. This will get you connected to the fraud department where a live agent will be happy to assist you.

Yeah it dosent give me the option. And the irs said it was deposited today and I can't find it.

TurboTax does not have access to your account for the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card issued by Green Dot.

That's great and all except for the link that you provided doesn't go anywhere it just keeps saying redirecting redirecting redirecting if you guys issue the NetSpend cards and all that in there in Junction with him why don't you have access to it it says the money was deposited to a bank account that I don't have access to and NetSpend is the only one I've had direct deposit through there's no way to get ahold of anybody or anything this is not helpful at all I am starving have no food and need my money why is everybody giving me the b******* run around
