The IRS generally releases most refunds within 21 calendar days after the e-file has been accepted. To get the most up-to-date status of your federal return, please visit the IRS Where's My Refund? site. You can check the status of your return every 24 hours as they do update the site daily - usually in the overnight hours.
Please note, if you claimed the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) this could be why you're seeing a delay. They just started to process those returns this week.
Please see the TurboTax FAQ: Some 2019 federal refunds are delayed due to the PATH Act for more information.

To track the progress of your state tax return, see the TurboTax FAQ How do I track my state refund?

Most Federal refunds are issued within 21 days of the return being accepted by the IRS (this is not based on when you filed).   Please keep in mind that once you e-file or mail your return only the IRS has any control over it.

If you qualified for the Earned income credit or Additional Child Tax Credit here is more information about the PATH Act delay, but keep in mind that the IRS site for Where's my refund, https://www.irs.gov/refunds  is the final authority.
