I would like to know when to expect my MN Renter's rebate.
Assuming that you are referring to a CRP, Certificate of Rent Paid for Minnesota. The Minnesota Form M1PR was required to be completed in the Minnesota state section of the program, then printed and mailed by you to the state of Minnesota.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for a MN Form M1PR - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/filing-and-paying-taxes/help/can-i-file-my-m1pr-minnesota-property...

I E-filed my income tax, state tax, and CRP through Turbo Tax.
I received my income tax refund and my state tax refund within weeks after I E-filed, however, as of writing this, i have yet to receive my renters refund.
i have already gone to the Minnesota Department of Revenue, and used the "Where's My Refund?", and even though I have received my income and state refund, after putting in my information, it says "We did not find a return for the information you provided", and this goes for also for looking up information on my income/state refund too, even though I have already received them.
I have clicked on the links you provided, one one is a link to the 2018 M1RP, and the other is a dead link.
I want to know where my renter's refund is. I'm sick of waiting, and I'm sick of jumping through hoops that aren't there.
i dont know if you are a representative of Turbo Tax or not, but seeing that you are speaking for them, your response will determine whether i continue to use Turbo tax or not in the future.
The program told you at least 3 times that you must MAIL in that form ... it CANNOT be efiled ...

If the department receives your properly completed return and all enclosures are correct and complete, you can expect your refund:
@gogeta0064 Did you print and mail the MN renter form? They have to be mailed. Read the posts above. And no, we don't work for Turbo Tax. We are just other users like you. This is a public user forum.
You cannot e-file the MN rent credit. It had to be mailed in an envelope.

To obtain the refund, the taxpayer must have a CRP, Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP), for each rental unit lived in during the year. The taxpayer's landlord is required to deliver a completed CRP to the taxpayer no later than January 31st of each year.
You will need the CRP to determine your refund, if any, and you must include what is called a Form M1PR with the CRP when it is filed. These forms have to be printed and mailed in to:

TurboTax will prepare the Form M1PR for you to print. Towards the end of the step-by-step interview for Minnesota you will reach the Other Forms You May Need screen. To have the M1PR prepared and made available for printing, make sure you check the Property Tax Refund (Form M1PR) check box on the Other Forms You May Need screen, then follow the prompts through the end of the interview.
I filed using turbo tax. Do I print and send in any separate mn rent credit forms.

Well what if I e-file my taxes through turbo tax? Does that mean I have to mail renters rebate? I am so confused and frustrated.
@tasdiva143 You cannot e-file the MN renters forms. They have to be mailed. You can PREPARE the renter forms when you prepare your MN state return and you can e-file the state return but the renter forms are not included in the e-file. The renter forms have to be printed and mailed. There is s more complete explanation of what you need to do in MN right above your own post. Scroll up and read.
As you completed the MN state interview these screens told you the property tax return had to be mailed and it gave you the option to download the filled in form before moving forward. When you use a DIY program you must read the screens and follow the instructions to achieve the results you want ...
I didn’t see where it said that you have to copy the forms and send them in.
