I have lived in Wisconsin my whole life but it won't accept my date of birth as date i became a resident

In the My Info section of the program you should have selected Wisconsin as your resident state.  When asked if you ever lived in another state you should have selected NO.

Go back and review your personal information in the My Info section.

Click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen.

It is a 2023 tax return.  Use 2023 dates.  Like....01/01/2023
