I have gotten a 4464C LTR Letter form the IRS, what does it mean?

I’m in same boat. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Due to coronavirus and being out of work need my refund urgently!!

You can file unemployment the house just passed the bill that add a extra 600$ for unemployment and 1200 per adult and 500 per kid. But you can also contact you senator and the my can help fast track your refund.

A massage keeps saying to check the website or call. 1. IRS offices are closed. 2. the website does not give us the information we are looking for.  All the people that are in the same situation are just looking for the right answer. We are out of jobs with  no money. And our bills are not waiting like we are waiting for our income tax return. 

Can someone just please give us the answers? When is the IRS going to answers calls and how long do we have to wait for our refunds? It is really frustrating just reading the questions and getting the same reply.

How long did it take for you guys to get your refund? I just got it for 2021

@Jayvega123 Do you mean that you just received your refund for the 2019 tax year, or the most recent refund for 2020?
