A massage keeps saying to check the website or call. 1. IRS offices are closed. 2. the website does not give us the information we are looking for. All the people that are in the same situation are just looking for the right answer. We are out of jobs with no money. And our bills are not waiting like we are waiting for our income tax return.
Can someone just please give us the answers? When is the IRS going to answers calls and how long do we have to wait for our refunds? It is really frustrating just reading the questions and getting the same reply.
