I have been having problems with TPG filed on the 1st got sent on the 16th to account spoke with IRS they confirmed TPG says they have nothing When will I get my refund?

TurboTax has contracted with a company that steals heard working peoples money in a time that we need it and won’t fess up to knowing what they did and won’t help. I’m sure all there employees got what they deserve and more

Hey did they ever send you your refund??? I’m in the same position where they claimed it was a duplicate account; at this point it looks like fraud on both them and TurboTax end. I recently learned they have been holding refunds to collect interest and TurboTax gets a portion of that money as well. Something illegal is going on

did you get any response I am having several of my clients that have not gotten their refunds and the IRS tell them if was already issued and TPG says they don't have it its affecting my business I am seriously considering hiring and attorney

Please how did you reach out to them and how long those it take for them to fix it , I have been having same issue too
