I got the refund advance loan, and now out of nowhere credit karma said they are going to close my account. What is going to happen now, I can't change banking info?

Please reach out directly to Credit Karma on their Contact Us page for this matter. Once your tax return has been filed, there is no way to update your refund method. If Credit Karma closed your account, they will most likely reject the deposit and the IRS will mail your refund check to the address on your tax return. Please see this Help Article for more information.

Same happen to me what happened to your refund advance will they take out our taxes this year?

First of all, you cannot get a refund advance at this time.

Refund advance loans are not available from TurboTax at this time. TurboTax’s loan program typically starts in January and ends in mid-February. Your tax return cannot be filed until later in January. One of the options you can select when you are ready to file is to get a refund advance loan, You do not receive any money until your e-file has been accepted by the IRS—-and the IRS will not begin to accept e-files until at least mid to late January.

If you are offered the refund loan when you are ready to file, you will have to agree to having your refund go on a Credit Karma card. Not sure what you mean by "take out our taxes." Please explain.

First of all I did not ask about a refund I was saying they closed my account when I got the advance last year and was mailed a check so what will happened to the advance if they closed my account

@Dkris7974 If you were in fact getting the refund advance, it would have gone on a credit karma card. You will have to ask credit karma what happened.

They closed mines yesterday n the money I had left they say they sending in a check.. was it hard to get the check cashed from them
