I chose my refund as an advance. It logs me into my credit karma account. Approves me but sends me back to turbo tax. It ask me to do it again. no option to efile

I’ve connected the two accounts it still brings me back to the beginning. Doesn’t give the option to click e-file

Since you know your accounts are connected, when you open TurboTax, try going to a different section (such as Federal > Credits & Deductions) , then paging through a few screens before going to the FILE section. 

You could also try clearing your Cache and Cookies before re-opening the program.
