I’ve connected the two accounts it still brings me back to the beginning. Doesn’t give the option to click e-file
Since you know your accounts are connected, when you open TurboTax, try going to a different section (such as Federal > Credits & Deductions) , then paging through a few screens before going to the FILE section.
You could also try clearing your Cache and Cookies before re-opening the program.
