I called you guys twice CSR keeps giving me the same number where I am unable to get a live representative. I tried to deposit check to my turbo debit card and it told me had to sign check first after I do so get a message saying I am unable to deposit check. Something lack of activity on my card I use my card almost everyday. Now I have a sign check no one will change cause told me had to sign first before a mobile deposit.

So I lost my card, reported is lost/stolen. I have received the new card but it is blocked. I have been to the app which directed me to the number for the call center which then directed me to the website which sent me right back to the phone number. I just want to talk to a real person and the automated line does not allow me to do so

i cannot get anyone to answer when i call the turbo debit customer service also when i call greendot they tell me to call the turbo debit number.My stimulus is going on a card i no longer own and i cant request a new card due to not having access to my turbo debit account due to no help with customer service.

**bleep** stop with the bs.....everyone who calls that number get no answer your playing with people’s money. I will be researching on how to file formal complaints against turbo tax and green dot. I’ll start with better business bureau.

How do I get to a customer service rep. I ordered something online and I cancelled the order the merchant has emailed me and let me know that they have done everything on their end to get me my refund but for some reason it hasn't made it to my account I'm wanting to contact someone to see what's going on I only get an automated system and I'm never given the option to speak to a real person can someone please help me

That would be great if we could reach a representative through that number. I have a problem that an automated service will not be able to fix.
