How do I get to a customer service rep. I ordered something online and I cancelled the order the merchant has emailed me and let me know that they have done everything on their end to get me my refund but for some reason it hasn't made it to my account I'm wanting to contact someone to see what's going on I only get an automated system and I'm never given the option to speak to a real person can someone please help me
