There is no way to talk to a live person guys. We have been scammed and can only wait for whenever they open back up. Which could be never.

I received my turbo card and its saying my tax return and stimulus check has been loaded on card but when I call card toll free number its saying I have another card at post office. How can I speak to a live person regarding these issues? The number you've given is a completely automated system with no way of speaking to a person.
So when I am learning is that we still have to go to the site and put in our card number because you all used a temporary card number and account number in order to receive our money because you did that $500 advance I think in the position that you all are attacks Representatives that you all could have maybe solve this problem before it started becoming a big issue it's sad because people like myself could really use the money and now we have to find out that we still have to figure out a way to get on the website to enter our card information that was sent to us by you and now we have to wait even longer instead of you all figuring out a way to solve our problem of all of us trying to get on and change it on the IRS website when we were told you guys we're going to be able to put our money on our card and there was no mention if we had taken out the $500 Advance or if we owed you for tax preparation then we would have to go to the website otherwise a lot of us would have already done it
This is **bleep** they dont have a email to get ahold of anyone or want you to pay extra for live help I just need a new card **bleep**ing replaced.
I have called the cs # numerous times and I get no one. My online account at Turbodebitcard.com says that the account is closed yet, on a different site I can log in and see my account activity, but making any type of changes are not allowed. If the account is closed, how can I reopen the account bc I still have my card and my stimulus check will be deposited into this account
