You can use any of the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions for 2023 - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

The TurboTax online editions for 2023 should be available in early December. You would need to use the Premium edition to report the sale.

You do not report the purchase of a home on your tax return. You only report the sale.
