When you log in to TurboTax Online the program should guide you to add your information to get started.
If you are not seeing that, then try clearing out your browser's cache and delete the cookies stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.

I'm listed as a 2nd year customer but I've been filing with TurboTax for at least 10 years.
I'd like to start filing NOW but I seem to be going around in circles with the same screens.
If you have setup a new account it will only show the returns filed using that account.
Each account you setup will have the returns filed using that account.
