How do I know my form 4868 has been accepted/approved electronically?

I submitted my federal extension on April 7 and State extension today. I can only see my state extension is pending, but could not find my federal status. How can I check my record? Thanks.

I filed on time and the next day I received "accepted" notice when I logged back in to Turbo Tax but I don't have anything other than that and it does not have my name on it.  I didn't receive an email of the approval or accepted status.

this IRS site does not give me the option to request a copy of my 2021 tax extension filed through Turbo Tax but it does give the option to file the extension.  This is not what I need

When you are signed into your TurboTax account, click on Federal Extension in the bottom left corner.   It should show you the status of your extension.   If you already filed an extension elsewhere and you do it again through TurboTax, you will get the following screen -   @DAS2010

Arkansas is charging me a late filing penalty of $40 (tax year 2020) because I forgot to check the box on Form AR1000NR indicating I filed for a federal extension.  I called and was told I just need to provide proof that I filed in 2020 for the automatic extension.  I mailed in my request.  How do I obtain proof today that I filed the automatic extension back in early 2020?

The Electronic Postmark is a timestamp of when your return was transmitted. 

IF you used the "online" software

and

IF you log into the exact same Online account you used to file 2020 taxes

Then, you can download a NEW PDF copy of the 2020 tax return from your online account, open that PDF and look for the sheet called "Postmark Report" 

...that sheet contains both the submission time/date, and the acceptance date

I tried to call 1-800-829-1040, but there is no option to ask for status of form 4868.
