How do i know if I'm eligable for the advance return

For over 98.5% of people approved, you'll get your Refund Advance typically within a day (or 24 hours) of IRS acceptance. The IRS will begin accepting e-file returns on February 12, 2021. When your Refund Advance funds are ready you'll receive an email with a virtual Turbo® Visa® Debit Card that you can use to make purchases online. For more information on the TurboTax Refund Advance, please see the FAQ provided below:

How do i know if I'm eligable for the advance return

While completing your taxes with TurboTax®, you will have the opportunity to apply for a Refund Advance provided by First Century Bank, N.A. Member FDIC on a Turbo® Visa® Debit Card issued by Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC. If eligible and approved for the loan, you will receive a $0 fee, 0% APR loan equal to a portion of your anticipated refund in one of ten amounts: $250, $500, $750, $1,000, $1,500, $2,000, $2,500, $3,000, $3,500, $4,000. This offer is available until February 15, 2021.

Now once you apply for the advance 98.5% of the people will actually be approved for the advance ... but you first must be eligible ... you must be offered the option ... you cannot opt in.
