You can contact customer service. https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/contact-us The only way to have a new card mailed to you is to call (888) 285-4169.

Follow the steps below.

Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) Press 2 to continue using the automated system. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these) The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1 Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card". Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthday. At this point the system should give you an option to get a new card sent or allow you to speak to an agent.

Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the phone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.

I want to get a card after I already filed my taxes. At the time i didnt need a Turbotax card so I had my refund go to my checking account. Fast forward 2 weeks later I closed my personal checkings acct because of fees. So how do I apply for a card now? Completed my taxes through TT 2 weeks ago.

@Oervas85 Once your tax return is accepted by the government, you cannot change your refund method.  If your direct deposit funds are rejected because of a closed account, you will be mailed a refund check.

@Sexymamas808 You will need to contact phone support for the Turbo Visa Debit Card and confirm that your correct address is on file.  At this time you can also order a new card.  Go here for steps to reach a live representative when you call.

@Mdonald123  When you file your tax return, you will need to choose the Turbo Visa Debit Card as your refund method.  Once you've filed and your return is accepted, you cannot go back and change your refund method.
