Your best bet is to ask your employer or payroll department for another copy of your W-2.
If you cannot obtain the W-2 from your employer, then for a fee you can get a complete copy of a W-2 from the Social Security Administration - https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-02501
You can get a free Wage and Income transcript from the IRS - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
A Wage and Income Transcript from the IRS will not include the state information from the W-2. If you lived or worked in a state that has state income tax, you need the state information for your state tax return.
Use Form 4852 as a substitute for your W-2, if you simply cannot get the W2 after reaching out to your employer.
You must take the following steps before filing Form 4852
• Attempt to get your Form W-2, Form W-2c, or Form 1099-R (original or corrected) from your employer or payer before contacting the IRS or filing Form 4852.
• If you don’t receive the missing or corrected form from your employer or payer by the end of February, you may call the IRS at [phone number removed] for assistance. You must provide your name, address (including ZIP code), phone number, social security number, and dates of employment. You must also provide your employer’s or payer’s name, address (including ZIP code), and phone number. The IRS will contact your employer or payer and request the missing form. The IRS will also send you a Form 4852. If you don’t receive the missing form in sufficient time to file your income tax return timely, you may use the Form 4852 that the IRS sent you to file with your return.

Since it is now after February 14 and you haven't received your W-2, you need to follow the steps here below.
NOTE: Returns including Form 4852 cannot be e-filed per IRS regulations. So you will have to print and mail if you go this route.
