How do I get my pin for my Visa Debit Card??

If you forget your PIN or would like to change it, you can make the change by logging in to the Turbo Card App or contact Customer Care at 888-285-4169 for assistance..

You will need to go into the mobile app to create/change your pin. You can download the Turbo Card mobile app for free from the App Store or Google Play.

To make it clear and not confusing or annoying.

I just found out you can download the TurboTax Debit app called Turbo by GreenDot

Once you download it 

Sign in

Then it will log you in

Once you are logged in,

Hit the left hand corner with three bars.

Go to settings

Then you will see you can change your pin

Once signed in,

Go to the three bar symbol in corner

Settings for pin is there

Did you already Activate your card before trying to set up the pin? You would have to set up and change your pin on the app.  For additional assistance with a customer service agent, click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card phone number and don't choose option 2, it will repeat a few times then you will get more options.
