Per the Turbo Visa Debit Card website:
If you lose your card or believe it to be stolen, you must immediately call (888) 285-4169 to report it lost or stolen. We will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to you at the address on file. A lost/stolen card replacement fee applies. See your Cardholder Agreement or Deposit Account Agreement for more information.

@sha130 The IRS does not allow you to change how you will receive your refund after you file your tax return. If your refund goes to a wrong or closed account then the refund will be returned to the IRS, and the IRS will mail a check to the address on your tax return.
If you used the refund processing service to have your fees deducted from your federal refund, it gets more complicated since a third party bank is involved. The refund goes back to that bank and the bank has to mail your check. Sadly, that will likely take a long time.
If you lost your card, make sure you have reported the card as lost or stolen immediately. We cannot do that for you.
While how bout this I paying for my return that's someone took from me an they having a good time with my money an my kids I'm missing out of 4yr of tax money
@sha130 You have added to a thread full of posts from multiple users. It sounds like you are saying your card is lost or stolen but you have not said what kind of card you had. You have to report lost or stolen cards to the bank that issued the card. It seems unlikely that you had a card with four years' worth of unspent tax refunds still on it though.
Are you talking about a TurboTax Visa?
