Your pending return can not be changed. The IRS will reject your filing because of the missing IP PIN.
The IRS will begin to accept/reject e-files on January 29. If you were supposed to include an IP PIN and did not enter it, your e-file is gong to be rejected. But you have to wait for the rejection. When it rejects, you can fix it and re-file. There is nothing you can do at this time except wait.
