I still have not received my tax refund. When will I receive it?

Did you efile or mail your return? They are not processing mailed returns right now.
Was your return Accepted? First double check your efile status here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
Then only the IRS can tell you. IRS Where's my refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds/
Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?
I have done everything you told me to do! The irs website stated that my information was still not available. I know I filed my taxes with turbo tax. My status said it was printed and ready to mail.
Is there a better way of tracking my refund?
Sorry but Ready to Mail means you have to actually print out your tax return and mail it to the IRS yourself. So it has not been filed yet. And it will always say Ready to Mail. Turbo Tax doesn’t know if or when you mailed it and the IRS doesn’t update Turbo Tax when they get your mailed return.
How to print and mail your return,

OR You can try to switch to efile

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return. Don’t forget state.
Important! Mail Federal and State in separate envelopes and mail each year in separate envelopes.
