I just wanted to kno if you have received your card cause mines also is saying it’s at the post office. And It’s been saying that for the past week
I haven't received my turbotax card yet I was wondering why
Your card will arrive in the mail in 5 - 10 business days after a successful registration. If it has been more than 10 business days since you registered your card, and you haven't received your card, please report it on the Card Not Received page. You can also contact customer care at (888) 285-4169.

Follow the steps below.
Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) Press 2 to continue using the automated system. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these) The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1 Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card". Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthday. At this point the system should give you an option to get a new card sent or allow you to speak to an agent.
Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the phone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.
I FINALLY got through on this number, however they keep saying I have more then one card with you, but I DONT! I threw last years card away, didn't know I was suppose to keep after using the cash on the card. Then after entering all my info they are asking for the last 4 digits of the card!! Very frustrating because I HAVE NO CARD!! Cancell my old **bleep** and send me a NEW CARD PLEASE!!!!!!!!

What's next? Oh, you'll try to get a hold of a service representative and you won't be able to. You'll reach one, and they'll be unhelpful. You'll get screwed out of your tax refund, but it won't matter because you will already have paid TurboTax a non-refundable fee. Please choose another tax prep service next year, TurboTax is really inconsistent and sketchy.
They blame the post office, they blame the IRS, they blame everyone but themselves so they don't have to take responsibility. Good luck!

All phone numbers are down. Turbo cards website and app is down. Even green dots phone numbers arent working. I ended up emailing green dot.

Im hoping to get a reply by the end of this week if no phone numbers are working. Even their corporate number wasnt working earlier. I hope this works because green dot distributes the cards. Someone with turbo tax told me to try that.

That might be a good idea except for a couple of things. If you need to set up an account or have forgotten your user name/password...guess what ? It asks for the debit card number and, etc. That is abit hard to report that you never received your card when one of the first things it asks is what is the card number ??!!!
