Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?
Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.
You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".
After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.
Use this TurboTax website to check the status of an e-filed return and if it was either accepted or rejected - https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund
To whom it may concern,
I've filed my taxes on April 13th 2019. I did received the State refund but as at today I didn't received my Federal. I see my refund on your site and the amount and all it says is "ready to "mail.
I usually e-file my return but this year by mistake I asked for a check.
I've resent all my refund again at the beginning of June and still nothing.
Can somebody help to see why I'm not receiving my refund?
Best regards,
Giovanna Wiggins

If your online account says "ready to mail" for return status, that means TurboTax thinks you were going to print and mail it. Did you physically mail it yourself in April? TurboTax does not mail it for you. If you have both Federal and state returns, you have to mail the Federal return to the IRS, and the state return to the state tax agency. Hopefully, you didn't mail both returns in just one envelope to the state tax agency instead of mailing the Federal to the IRS.
Even if you did physically mail the returns, your online account will continue to say "ready to mail" since TurboTax will not know if you actually dropped them in a mailbox or not.
"I've resent all my refund again at the beginning of June."
What all did you do? "Resent" how?? Did you print and mail another copy of your return to the IRS? i.e., have you sent two mailings to the IRS?
If you did mail one or both instances of the Federal return to the IRS, what do you see at the IRS website below for the status of your Federal refund?
https://www.irs.gov/Refunds
NOTE: Be sure you enter only the Federal refund amount and not any total amount that includes a state refund. The figure to enter appears on your Federal Form 1040, Line 20a.
