Has anyone received the message, ‘You are eligible for the payment. Once we have your payment date, we will update this page.” when they view the stimulus tracker? [Tax Year 2019]

@Patrick73 @shanella30 - the way the Banking industry works is that the direct deposits ("ACH") are transmitted two days in advance of the deposit to you.  So the Bank, and that is EVERY bank, does have the money and it has no more than two days to make it available to you.  that is how they are able to let you know in advance of the deposit.

So, my deposit date has been for the 29th (29th now) 

Walmart Money and decided they weren't going to post stimulus checks early, falsely stating they weren't allowed, while Chime, and Fidelity financial both released funds early.   I had a negative balance on my WMC.  -$0.97, just before midnight, WMC put a deposit totaling $0.97 into my account, to bring it out of negative, pending the stimulus deposit that will clear sometime around 4am. (They wait until 4am eastern, so it is after midnight in all time zones across the country).

At least they covered the negative balance before posting my deposit.  The only way to overdraw a WMC, is with their card fees, so it's only right.. I will comment again when it does post, just to let everyone still waiting, and people with deposit dates for tomorrow, know that it's coming.  Stay safe and good luck all!

Another day, another non-update.  Just to recap: filed 2018 and 2019 with DD, 2019 accepted but not fully processed due to missing 2016 return, DD updated on 4/15, “eligible/no date” since 4/15.

I have been receiving the same message since April 19. Still no date or $$. Does this have anything to do with the fact that we all filed with turbo tax? No other sites list this same problem!

@Willknapplive - it would not surprise me  is the stimulus is held up until the 2019 tax return processing is complete.. I see very few posts (if any) where someone has received stimulus without their 2019 tax return being processed.

@NCperson Many close friends of mine have their payment dates scheduled and they haven’t even filed 2019 returns. Hope that helps

You are correct that this is the only place that lists this scenario. Is this a turbo tax issue? I filed with ty but I DID NOT get a refund advance, but  wondering if everyone who filed with ty are in this same boat?
